Probatur was built to close that gap — not to replace legal judgment, but to compress days of manual research into a single pre-hearing briefing.
Probatur draws on publicly available UK court judgments, Hansard parliamentary records, and legal sector commentary. We do not use any non-public or confidential case information.
Judicial profiles are built from a judge's own published judgments: the precedents they've cited, the reasoning patterns they've shown, and their procedural preferences, rather than from speculation or commentary about them.
Briefings incorporate the broader legal and political landscape. By tracking pending legislation, recent political handovers, ministerial directions, regulatory updates, and legal news, we map how these external context shifts may impact typical rulings and how your specific judge might interpret them.
Outcome indicators are directional, not predictive guarantees. Probatur is a preparation tool intended to sit alongside professional legal judgment, not replace it. It does not constitute legal advice.
